RQTH (Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé – Recognition of Disabled Worker Status) is a key status for integrating and retaining disabled people in the workforce.
Médiane Système actively promotes the employment of disabled employees and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment accessible to all, thanks in particular to the RQTH, which opens the door to various social and professional benefits adapted to the specific needs of beneficiaries:
- We have appointed a Disability Officer to support employees, facilitate workstation adjustments and coordinate awareness-raising initiatives.
- We grant two days’ paid leave to enable employees to take the necessary steps to obtain or renew their Recognition of Disabled Worker Status (RQTH).
- We have set up a disability awareness program for our employees.
These measures are part of our commitment to supporting every employee and promoting equal opportunities within our organization.
