Use of the “www.mediane-systeme.com” website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified at any time; users of the ” mediane-systeme.com ” site are therefore invited to consult them regularly in order to familiarize themselves with them.

Médiane Système undertakes never to sell, rent or make public your personal data. As part of the processing of requests sent via the contact form, Médiane Système may transfer your personal data to one of the internal departments that will process your request.

When using the Médiane Système website, Médiane Système may collect the following information:

We collect your personal data via the contact form in order to respond to your requests or queries, and in particular:

– request for job application
Some of the data collected, such as statistical cookies, enable us to measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed, as well as user activity on the site and the frequency with which they return.
Other data linked to your connection when you access the Médiane Système website (server logs) are recorded directly by the host (IP address). The collection of this data is a legal obligation for the host, and it is therefore not possible to oppose it.

6.7 Retention period for personal data

– RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION: you have the right to request that Médiane Système rectify any information concerning you, in particular if such information is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.
– RIGHT OF DELETION: you have the right to request that Médiane Système delete all data concerning you.
– RIGHT OF OPPOSITION: you have the right to object to any collection of data concerning you.
– RIGHT TO LIMITATION OF PROCESSING: you also have the right to have the data collected “suspended”, i.e. stored by Médiane Système but no longer processed.
– RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY: you have the right to recover all the personal data collected about you.
– RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECTED TO AN AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION: you have the right not to be subjected to an automated individual decision.

Médiane Système undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or any other request for additional information, within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
If necessary, you may lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) (www.cnil.fr).

7/ Website analytics

Médiane Système uses Google Analytics to track and record user interaction on the “mediane-systeme.com” website. The data collected is used to determine the numbers of people visiting the various pages of our website, so that we can better understand which pages are consulted, for how long and, in general, how our web pages are used. Médiane Système also tracks the movement of visitors across web sites.

Google Analytics records various data, including geographical locations, devices and browsers used, operating system, etc. None of this information is able to identify you personally to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address, which can be used to identify your location. In this case, Google is considered a third-party data controller.
