Since 1998, when we obtained our first certification, we have paid particular and strategic attention to the dissemination of a « quality » culture within the company. This culture is regulary maintained and is the subject of significant communicant. It is above all perceived as a factor in performance and customer satisfaction. Around a department of 4 people, all the processes, methodologies and regulations remain under permanent control.

In 1998, Mediane Systeme decided to register its quality approach in an ISO reference system. Starting with the ISO 9001:1994 standard, Mediane Systeme oriented its organisation by process and rapidly moved towards the ISO 9001:2000 standard. In June 2001, Mediane Systeme was one of the first 10 companies in the sector to be certified to this standard. Today, the head office and branches in Paris, Lyon and Grenoble are ISO 9001:2015 certified (certification obtained in January 2017).

in 2017, in order to protect its customers and employees against thr growing cyber security threatss, Mediane Systeme has made cybersecurity a strategic priority. It quickly became clear that it was essential to :

  • Controlling digital risks
  • Be able to identify and reduce the number of technical, organisational and human vulnerabilities
  • Securing and strenghthening its information system
  • Have the means to manage and even anticipate cybersecurity crises
  • Adapt its offer to support its customers in their cybersecurity approach

To meet these challenges, Mediane has embarked on an ISO 27001 process wich will be rewarded in January 2019 with the certification of all its activities at its head office and its agencies in Paris, Lyon and Grenoble.

Since 2012, our contract development teams and our technical assistance providers have been developing or participating in the development of Category C (C1 et C3) IT ans electronic systems for long-standing clients in the nuclear sector. Our development teams include engineers and project managers, subcontractors and quality and operational safety engineers. 

Quality Safety

The policy of the General Management reflects the constant desire to improve the quality of Mediane Systeme's services in order to satisfy our customers and employees. In addition, Mediane Systeme affirms its social responsability by deploying a concrete environemental approach on a daily basis (ISO 14001 certified since 2008) and an ISO 26000 (Corporate Social Responsability) approach initiated in 2014 with the Rhône Alpes region and involving all employees.
