Augmented Reality Demonstrator for Equipment Fault Detection and Correction
Augmented Reality Project
Médiane Système is developing an augmented reality system to assist with the detection and correction of equipment faults, as well as the training of maintenance operators working in control and command stations.
The proposed system is accessible from any portable platform (tablet, smartphone). It uses the device’s integrated camera to analyze and display the equipment undergoing maintenance. Relevant information and context-specific animations are overlaid onto the image of the equipment.
This information supports the operator throughout their work by enabling them to:
Generate activity reports more efficiently
Quickly access relevant documentation
Locate and identify the components to be handled
Receive step-by-step guidance through operations, with descriptions and precise locations of the actions to be performed
Enhance their safety through the exact location and detailed identification of risk zones, enabling greater vigilance and reducing the likelihood of accidents

Our achievements
Each project reflects our ability to turn critical requirements into concrete solutions. From embedded software layers to functional safety, Médiane Système brings together all of its expertise to deliver innovative, robust, and production-ready solutions.
