Development of a Hydraulic Circuit Control Bench
SAFRAN Messier-Bugatti Bench Project
This project involves designing and building two pulsed pressure test benches intended to test the endurance and service life of aeronautical components.
The key technical challenge lies in modeling the control chain and implementing a digital PID controller to generate rapid hydraulic variations.
Optimization includes the replacement of servo-valve amplifiers to increase dynamic response while reducing CPU load. Using LabVIEW and AdWin, the system enables precise failure testing prior to final validation in a real-world environment.
