Cybersecurity of a Control and Command System in Electrical Transformation Substations

ICE SMART ELECTRE CYBER Project

This project aims to secure a digital control, command, and protection system for electrical transformation substations in order to reduce the risk of cyberattacks across the entire system (SCADA, equipment, protection relays, and automation systems). It must also ensure service continuity of the network and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Médiane Système supported its client across three major areas:

  • Governance – Risk analysis
  • Network hardening
  • Equipment hardening

Objective: To ensure the availability of the electrical network, protect the integrity of commands and measurements, and guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive data.
