Recruitment
Our recruitment needs are primarily focused on finding skills in our core business. Our recruitment process is based on two interviews and an assessment of the candidates' technical skills. We systematically put into perspective the conditions of integration, the managerial model, the potential projects or missions or any other subject that requires transparency and sincerity.
We build relationships with our candidates on the basis of mutual trust. Above all, we look for candidates who are motivated by our activities.
Training
Mediane Systeme pays particular attention to the training cycle of its employees. Thus, 80% of our staff must undergo training at least every two years. We also encourage and promote personal initiatives to acquire new skills in our businesses.
The training plan is based on the company's needs and also takes into account the wishes of our employees.
