FMLA is an automated microbiological analysis line. It allows complete automation of Petri dish processing, from inoculation to incubation and detection of bacterial growth on a medium.

Development of test benches.

Test follow-up, automated analysis of results (Diadem), anomaly reporting (TTSuite), proposals for design improvements.

Technical support in instrumentation for specific module testing (stepper motor, incremental encoder).

Requirements

K3 and C3 equipment qualification

Determining reliability tests for sub-systems, drafting the system reliability plan.

Functional analysis of reliability bench requirements, drafting of technical specifications.

Traceability of requirements on all documents

FMEA (EN 60812 standard) on the transport system (12 modules), Performance data analysis tool (use of system data to determine TRS and Pareto).
