Development of Test Benches for an Automated Microbiological Analysis Line
BIOMERIEUX FMLA Project
This project focuses on the development and validation of the FMLA solution, a fully automated microbiological analysis line for the processing of Petri dishes. It includes the design of test benches under LabVIEW and technical instrumentation support for specific modules such as stepper motors. The scope covers comprehensive system analysis, from the definition of reliability tests through to the execution of an FMEA (EN 60812 standard) on the transport system.
The solution integrates modular systems for transport, individual incubation, image capture, and patient data management. The ultimate objective is to ensure K3/C3 equipment qualification while optimizing design and requirements traceability.
