Development of a Signal Multiplexing Mechanism
Project
This project involved developing a signal multiplexing mechanism for an innovative medical device designed for the treatment of brain tumors using ultrasound. The technical scope included specification, schematic design and routing of prototype boards, as well as the development of a monitoring and diagnostic software application.
The system is based on Microchip DSPIC microcontrollers and an MPLAB X IDE development toolchain, with rigorous static code analysis. The cycle concludes with prototype manufacturing and a comprehensive phase of unit, integration, and validation testing.
